At WOVE, we are dedicated to our likeminded tribe of people, we pride ourselves in customer service satisfaction. If you’re not happy with a purchase, you can return it for exchange or email us to discuss a refund. Returns are free and the process is simple. To make a return, simply follow the steps below.
STEP 1. Email us for an RA number and free Return Label.
STEP 2. Fill out the Return Form enclosed with your order.
STEP 3. Send your item/s and your Return Form back to us by dropping it at your local Australia Post Office or Post Box.
PROCESSING
Once your return is received, we will process your exchange or refund, and send you an email confirmation.
*Please be aware, we do not offer refunds on sale items or purchases that have been used.
